Just a quick bit of info for any Manfrotto users, Johnsons Photopia are no longer the importer its now Studio One nr Horsham. Just had a very helpful phone call with them after struggling for 2 weeks with the old guys so they certainly seem to know their stuff! thumbup

Edit: they're on 01483 542928

I'm not surprised you struggled to get Manfrotto from Johnsons Photopia - I don't think they were ever a Manfrotto importer!!

Manfrotto is imported and distributed by Bogen Imaging UK - and were previously distributed by Daymen International. Neither sell to end users, they distribute to dealers.

If you need any Manfrotto stuff, and want to buy from someone on Pistonheads rather than an eBay shop, email me!

I stand corrected, you are quite right... neither are/were importers. It was Bogen themselves who directed me to Johnsons as an agent for tripods, and then Johnsons directed me to Studio One as they were no longer a Manfrotto agent. Nonetheless, I think its always nice to tell a good story of custom servic rather than having to slag off companies for the opposite! I'll certainly bear you in mind in future though Andy, would always prefer to do business with a PHer.
