F1 Testing back at Elvington?

hopefully f1 will be back, it adds some much needed glamour to the area, having lived in elvington and villages surrounding for 20 odd years it seems a fuss over nothing.
There's barely any houses affected by the noise and it's a few days a year, mid -week during work hours, mind you there's plenty of locals with more time than sense to moan about this, generally i think most locals quite like having the F1 cars around, there's plenty of track days too which i'm sure they're also trying to stop.
