replacing a 5dr VW Golf GTi, with wot tho??
Discussion
Go for a 1.8T MKIV Golf, its the obvious answer
They still feel and look quite modern, and the interiors are excellent and better than the MK5 that replaced it.
EDIT: Bora wouldnt be a bad call either if you don't mind the looks. Leon only worth bothering with if its a post 2003 car IMO. Don't like the Octavia or the old A3 myself but probably do the job.

I'd have to disagree on that one, the mk5 interior is another world from a mk4. VW said:
“When we had the first presentation of the Golf V the journalists said the look and feel of the Golf V is inferior to the look and feel of the Golf IV and to a certain extent we were surprised because the whole construction was more costly than the previous car. But I guess it was right the initial impression was less than the Golf IV,” he says.

The specs etc maybe a little bit different but you get the jist. I think the interiors are not in the same league.
VAG1, firstly thats a Polo Bluemotion interior and not a Golf IV interior, and secondly you can't use photos to assertain which has the better build quality, which has the better material quality and which feels solid and dosent rattle after 100k miles. The specs etc maybe a little bit different but you get the jist. I think the interiors are not in the same league.
