going for a day out round the pubs in york in early august and i quite fancy a new shirt for the occasion.

criteria include,

will be worn with jeans
probably a white vest underneath
maybe some trainers
must be available in XXl as im a big boy!

i like my shirts to be quite unique and sometimes a bit loud!

so if anyones seen/ purchased any nice ones over the internet recently id love to hear about them. thanks in advance! posted here as i couldnt see a clothes section of the forum!

Admittedly a review for another of the wolf shirts, but how true:

"When I first saw this T-Shirt, I think I cried for at least an hour. It is possibly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, and I've seen the sunrise at the Grand Canyon, so I know a thing or two about beautiful things. I bought myself three of this shirt, and one for all of my family members' and friends' upcoming birthdays. All I can say is, I plan on wearing this shirt everyday, alternating between the three and doing my laundry every week or so, so that I never have to wear another shirt ever again. I was referred to this shirt by an aqquaintance, who told me how many women he picked up at Peep's, the local biker bar, with it. I can't wait to get mine!"

to be honest, no! im a chef and work every weekend, i generally get 4 weekends off a year, which is when i take holiday time. so like to make the most of it when i do have time to go for a day on the beer with friends. I also have a penchant (sp) for a nice shirt and have many, however i struggle to find anything but plain-ish striped or checked shirts locally. So i thought id appeal to the fashion concious masses of PH in hope that someone out there had either seen or bought a nice shirt recently.

many thanks for the one serious reply i had by the way! i also enjoyed the joke ones!

If you're just after a good looking shirt for going out in then River Island would be a good place to look - they'll do it in your size, max cost of around £30 and the sale is on at the mo!

Just No. I hate that place with a passion.

Mate, try out www.asos.com Should have some stuff for under a hundy for you on there. Really good place to shop as well, 5 star service, I frequently end up dropping a few hundred on there.

Paul Smith London (more formal but still available in loud colours) or Paul Smith Jeans (more casual)
Should be around £80
