Really looking forward to this, anyone else going up on Saturday?

Hi John,
I'm heading up both Sat & Sun but will be travelling with a friend as part of the Aston owners club rather than in my TVR. Aiming to get there around 9:30-10, are you parking up in field with the TVRCC?

Hi Tony,

I'm doing the opposite as I've tempted a friend out of his Porsche to enjoy TVR life for the weekend!

We'll be going up early Saturday morning and camping overnight so will be visiting the TVR stand.

Will PM my mobile number as it would be good to meet up at some stage.

Cheers

John

Tempted to go, is it really worth it? I went to the F1 at Silverstone and didn't enjoy it much.

Very different from the GP. Lots of racing, lots of access and the infield/runways are full of club displays and trade stands. It will be busy though.

Well there were only a dozen max.

I didn't take mine in the main arena as I was to w**kered from the night before to drive from the campsite paperbag

Next year i'm pretty certain i'll get it polished up and displayed, i'll make sure we sort out a decent stand - leave it with me.

Saturday there were a lot more than that! I went with a friend in his Aston and we parked up at the end of the TVR line up. The AMOC managed 40 cars and the TVR lot dwarfed that.
Sunday was a different story due to the weather and as such only around 15 or so TVRs.

Really?

Am I thinking of the same stand then? Where the Silver and Grey Cerbs were? and the Orange convertible Sag? Did I miss the main one?

Didn't seem that many?
