Having issue with the mobile company at the moment.

fkers won't set up a new direct debit. My old bank has been closed and I have stopped all my credit cards, so can't pay with a card at the moment. My phone bill is often high, often >£100 pcm. Yet the bill was due two weeks ago by DD, which was rejetced, can't set up new DD until this happens.
Been with them many yeras.

Yet this morning the tts fking bds cut me off. Had no notifications they would cut me off.

Happy to pay the bill today, taken time off today to pay it yet cut off this morning. tts

So now need to go to Barclays Bank pay over the counter then find one of their red shops to show them the counter foil, because as a customer of 4 years with high bills and not one payment late before I have suddenly become a poor customer who tehy don't believe.

Sounds like time for a new provider, with a letter to the old explaining why.
