Williams Annual Poker Run
Saturday 5th to Sunday 6th September

It’s come to that time of the year where you can head out with the roof off, wind in your hair and a smile on your face. For this reason we are once again hosting our annual Poker Run. After such a fantastic turnout from last year, 26 cars in total, we have decided to have the event at the end of the summer when most people are back from holidays and the weather is still good.

This year we have decided to head south across the Marlborough Downs, passing by Stonehenge towards the New Forest stopping overnight in the attractive seaside town of Bournemouth.

Like last year there will be five check points along the way to collect your Poker cards to play out your hand later in the evening.

The format of the weekend will be much the same as last year, meeting at Williams Lotus on Sat 5th at 10.30am for breakfast, with the checker flag to be waved at 12 for us all to embark on our quest.

For the return journey on Sunday we will head back towards Bristol working our way over the Salisbury Plain and through Cheddar Gorge finishing off at a pub near Cheddar where everyone can say their goodbyes and head their separate ways.

The cost for the run this year will be £119 for the main driver and £99 for the passenger. This includes overnight stay, evening meal and breakfast plus Poker Run merchandise. Rob Vanderplank who came on last year’s run will be joining us again to photograph everyone.
