Not wishing to drag this unfortunate matter on, but if the Police have cleared the site and it's users of any wrong-doing, is there any mileage in asking the Times to retract it's statement about the site hosting death threats?

I have requested that they follow up but realistically I don't expect them to. Strictly speaking it should have been reported as 'Alleged Death Threats' but I'd rather let the dust settle than prolong the farce.

Paul Smith of Safespeed is taking further action in relation to his own portrayal in the article however.
