Spin Vox

just heard on the radio about 'Spin Vox' who have a'system' that converts voice messages to text..

The system seems to also have people in call centre in far off countries transcribing the message..

The system sounds a bit like BS..Anybody used them and thought it was a computer system and not some random person reading it...
