360 exhaust modification
Discussion
No warning lights should come on after carrying out this mod, just make sure you unplug the exhaust valve connector and not the cat connector. I put a couple of plastic bags round the connectors after doing it to make sure no water gets in.

I unplugged he valves permanently on my 360 Modena, and it was a great improvement at low revs, where the 360 sound was disapointing.
Recently I fitted a Milltek exhaust at Paramount Performance in Slough, and the system is awesome.
After much deliberation I decided on the Milltek as I preferred it to the Tubi/Capristos that I heard on other cars, it is totally personal however, for me the Tubi is too boomy, but others swear by them.
I liked the Milltek as it is loud at low revs, howls at high revs and is not boomy at all cruising at 80/90 on the motorway.

I don't have pictures, but have now done mine and am very pleased with the result. Behind the rear lights is a small grey assembly with rubber hoses running to, and from, it. From this assembly there is a rubber hose dropping down and connecting with the exhaust valve. The top of this is visible as a circular metal disc. Remove the hose from the exhaust valve, put a screw into the hole in the hose and secure it with the hose clip, tie it back with a cable tie. Bingo. Leave the hose connected to the grey assembly (don't know the proper name for it, sorry) and be careful when removing the hose from the exhaust valve to pull the hose straight back. The hose attaches to something as thick as a knitting needle running from the valve which may bend if it is forced to twist sideways. The effect it quite satisfying and gives a much better sound at low revs.

threesixty I take it yours is a modena and not a spider, I have a spider so do you know if it is located in the same placeJust done mine on my 2002 spider sounds much better, thanks for all the advice. should add though that on my car the near side was as described and simple, but the off side was impossible to get to because of a metal plate above the round exhaust valve. However i could see it through the louvres in the rear wheel arch liner. Once the wheel was off the wheel arch liner was easy to remove only 4 screws then easy access to the exhaust valve.
