That's not really sci-fi though. His setup was actually in use by a bunch of people at the time. 20 years isn't long enough long ago; BBSes came about in the late 70's which were arguably 'internet like'. Email, FTP and ARPNET were late 60's. Not really predictive sci-fi if the tech already exists!
