I'm off to Santapod first thing in the morning. Weather forecast looks ok but we all know Santapod is a rain magnet

There had better be enough dry weather for at least a few runs as I'm going to Elvington from Inverness - not exactly just round the corner!!

Yeah I think he was having traction problems as I beat him off the line with my lack of traction.....then he came tearing past me!!!! Bloody loud as he came pastsmile I dont know what it is with SantaPod, at Shakey I run mid 12's but at Santapod I always muck up getting off the line. Shame I missed you.

I had a brown trousers moment when the hood jumped up totally obscuring my view about 3/4 way down the strip. eek Not pleasant. But I still got 12.3sec on that run (1.8sec 60ft) and with a terminal speed of only 95mpg (due to hitting the brakes instinctively when the hood came up). I'd love to know what time my car would have got had it not been for my bodywork malfunction!!
