Well, 9 months after the intital order and a few delays later, I finally fitted these today...

A few 'glitches' to iron out such as the Airbag warning is now flashing away nicely, our American cousins have no need for a rear fog light - so no icon for that and a possible 'duff' led on the tacho. I can live with the imperial measurements on the centre gauges. No night pictures yet, but the white background is black and the numbers show up as really defined figures. The MPH/KM H light feature is disabled but the dual metric/imperial measurement options remain.

The needles are the main problem and that's something I hope to have resolved by the end of the week (once I get the car back with it's nicely re-painted black wheels)

Hmm, see where you're coming from - but the interior is just, well, all black and I thought it needed to be broken up a bit. S600VXR, it didn't take long - about 45 mins for both cluster and centre pod.

I think it looks really good I'm not 100% that I'd change mine to white but that would mainly be because of the stealthness(if theres such a word) of the black throughout the car. I do like them a lot though. Its good to try different things, like someone said to me about the headrests.

I'm not so sure about them now.... They looked good in the pictures of the HSV coupe's and MyM8V8's Maloo at the Cannock meet earlier this year. Oh well, I'll see what the 'er indoors says about them when she takes the car out tomorrow.

Don't do anything for me, but there again you probably don't think much of my Monaro neon sign.

Deffo not tacky Mate, although I'm bound to say that eh?

Please let me know about your airbag light issues and how you solve them.

I too have the same problem which apparently originates in the BCM. It is a "latched" fault which means it cannot be cleared until the fault causing it is corrected. I got mine after messing around fitting a 12v feed to my widebands. That necessitated taking out the guages and dismantling most of the stuff in the centre section.

THought you might like these on my Impulse Blue 'Ro.

As you might have guessed the blue dials came from a deceased Pontiac GTO. At the same time as fitting the dials I under-layered them with a blue gel that means at night the numerals now glow blue to match the Hi-Fi.

Not hard to get hold of; there's loads of them on fleabay in either blue or red. Also they cost buttons.

On UK RO's yes! Switch your rear fog light on and you'll see that no light comes on the dashboard with a GTO face. Front fog light icon will still work. I now have the added attraction of the Daylight Running Lamp coming on (a lovely little feature added for the US market)

Ahh...when I say I fitted the dials actually I only fitted the actual blue dial card, which I fitted into the existing instrument binnacle to retain the correct milage ect. When I tried fitting the whole unit It threw up all sorts of problems with the fuel gauge.

The instrument cluster is VIN matched to prevent fraud etc. hence the 'problems' you encountered. Only way around that is to have it all re-programmed to match your vehicles VIN through Vauxhall.
