Front Bumper Removal - 1998 XJ8

After lightly rear ending someone the other day, my xj8's front bumper is all pushed in.

Am trying to remove it to check everything and it's turning into yet another ballache!!

Does anyone have a diagram or instructions they could post?

Would be eternally grateful.

What's more annoying (apart from being a div and crashing) is that the Maxda MX3 I hit didn't have a scratch on it....

My JTIS disc won't work with the new Windows Vista Premium thingy-type-thing baby JS has so helpfully put on my PC so I can't have a look for you. You'll need to check whatever you buy will work on your PC too.
