isn't it time for another cat thread ?

Magnificent looking fella. I think you should definitely get him neutered though. To start with, if you don't, he will spray everywhere outside your house to mark his territory but more importantly if he finds any female cats whose irresponsible owners haven't spayed them then there's going to be kittens galore, and there's already far too many unwanted cats in this world without adding any more.

yep thanks chaps
i think they spray indoors as well ?
looks like there's no option though... but i'd love to keep the testosterone flowing
i think a cat should be aggressive and mental as possible
they are predators, thats what they really are
my 2 half bengals are like a couple of old grannies... they've lost their sparkle a bit and don't exercise enough

"No more cats, pleeeeease"

Cute Burmese Jackal, you didn't tell him about the balls-chopped-part before taking the second shot did you?
edited to add, ^ she is Stella (my wife's idea). She's a Chocolate Point Siamese (tortie), and he is Snoop, a Red Oriental Siamese:

Don't worry, as long as you don't let him get fat post neutering he should stay alert, predatory and territorial but hopefully without all the spraying and less chance of fighting and wandering off.i think they spray indoors as well ?

My 14yr old male was neutered 13yrs ago and only weighs 3.5kg, it doesn't stop him catching and eating mice (and a little bird the other day
) or trying to tell cats twice his size where to go!! And that's with having cataracts aswell
Keep him lean and encourage play and he'll stay lively.
I just bloody posted on the other cat thread as well!
there are many many pros for the chop, and none other than wanting to breed for not having it.
average life span of an intact outdoor male is half that of one without its bits, an intact male will want to command a territory roughly 2 square miles, and that brings roads, and fighting with other cats into the equation, they will prowl for females getting into trouble along the way, they will alos spray as has been said.
got my 2 done after 6 months and I wouldnt be able to tell you the difference.

I've got a cat too. Meet Willow, some kind of Bengal, but she came from a rescue centre aged 4 approx.

Taken here, snoozing on the bed!
A more recent one:

Sitting on top of my crappy old guitar amp!
Oh yes, she's a top gear fan too now! She sat and watched the jaguar xfr road test on the repeat yesterday and seem to quite enjoy it. I was expecting her to hiss when the Stig did his thing but then she got bored and wandered off.
