waiting for my remap on my vxr8

how long have you waited for a remap on a engine as its now been about 3 months and it starting to get to me all i want is it done ...
had picador on the phone and said it will be done !!!! "WHEN"
had paul spinks on the phone said it will be done !!!! "WHEN"
now 2 more weeks gone buy and still nothing

come on guys just want it done !!!
