S Type colours and trims: resales.

My father inlaw has his eye out for an S type, and saw one he fancied, but it was in Radiance (metallic Red?). I was a bit concerned that red is not everyone's favourite colour for a car and that come resale time he could struggle.

Resale wise which S Type colours do people thnk are harder to shift? I have always played it safe with silver/black/grey but wondered if the S type was more or less resilient to price fluctuations as a result of price.

Trim wise I have also avoided lighter leather but a larger number of s types (compared to other marques and models) seem to have pale leather. Is that the same with the S type?
