Well, one life anyway!
Reports in today's Press that Mr John Thompson (described as "close to" Johnny 'Mad Dog' Adair of the UFF) was saved from being blown up when the detonator of a bomb placed under his car was knocked off by a speed bump near his home in Bolton.
I don't know whether one should be
