2010 rules,

if refueling is to be banned, does this mean there will be a return to full speed fastest of the fast qualifying laps? With cars running on couple of drops and just fumes to get the best time before filling back up to race.

please please, lets see who really is the fastest out there on the saturday one off big balls banzai laps.

Anyone know?

although you can never tell with the FIA - they might make them qualify on full fuel!!

I'm sure it's been done before, but doesn't this mean every car will be carrying st loads of fuel. Like 300 litres worth?

Seems potentially far more dangerous than a pitlane fire to me

Saving money by getting rid of something they never used to have hmm brilliant couple this with the money saved by not having Kers and all the savings attached and world debt will be solved.

Can they develop at huge expense Nos for 2011 and scrap that in 2012 as it will save even more money and possibly cure world hunger.

I could be wrong but wasn't re-fuelling introduced partly as a cost saving. I seem to recall before re-fuelling the teams had developed exotic gel / concentrated fuels at great expense.

I think you are wrong about it being a cost saving exercise, that, if at all, was merely a coincidence. As it is F1 fuel is tightly regulated these days and so there is very little scope for development.

I bet qualifying will still be over 3 sessions just the fuel that they use in the sessions will vary.
