I think it is a pretty good advert. If you thought that was what actually happened in jail, you would certainly think twice about hitting a girl or raping a kid!

I think these days, most people don't give a damn about what goes on in prison etc and think it's an easy way out.

I have no first hand experience, but I would imagine that if you are the sort of person to beat a woman up, you would be kind of concerned about this type of thing happening to you...

I really don't think a habitual woman beater or a potential rapist would take much from that ad, people who do these things are quite obviously not thinking straight or they wouldn't do them.

Watching that would not make a blind bit of difference to them. IMO of course.

I've seen that ad before.. but had forgotten about it already as I suspect everyone else will too.

But I haven't committed any crimes since, so maybe it worked?
