The wheels are 8.5x18 all round. 114.3 PCD with a front offset of 42 and rear of 33.

Will they fit okay on a Cerbera?

Mine are okay, but not perfect so i'd like to get some new ones.

Eh? That sounds like the specs for spiders apart from the rear offset (spiders are 35?).
So they will fit. worth noting that the spiders are the 'wrong' size though.

That's what I was affraid of.

The one's i've quoted are for sale, but I had a feeling they were not quite right, the Cerbs usually use one wheel all round IIRC?

A Cerbera should have 35 offset on all wheels. It is possible to put 18x8 or 18x8.5 in the front and 18x9 (on some cars 18x10)in the back. If you change the offset the handling will be changed. A change in offset changes the geometry of the suspension on the car.

A good set of wheels for the Cerbera have 35 offset on all wheels and 17x8 or 18x8 in front and 17x9 or 18x9 in the back.

The RL7´s and the Saturns are 35 offset all around. I have never seen the SP12´s but I think they are the same.

The other problem is that an 8.5" width wheel is too wide for the usual front tyre fitment (225/35 18's for spiders) hence the front tyres look stretched.

Peppe is vey right in my opinion. I've got 18*8 ET35 at the front and 18*9 ET35 at the rear.

The 225 tyre is made more for the 8J rims. But if you are after the spider you should have ET 42 all round. The ET33 is what tuscans have at the back. It may fit, but it may rub at the innerarches (most likely driversside). My 18*9 rubs at the driversside. Arches are now being adapted for that.

Does anyone know what the centre spindle size is for the spiders? That's the other moveable feast when identifying wheels that will fit, no?

I do not remeber what I have on my car, but as long as you can fit spigot rings with the correct diameter to the rim it will work.

Thanks Peppe. I guess I was more concerned about potentially screwing up and having to increase the diameter though...

Thought the centre was 71mm. Just measured up the centrebore of my original 16" wheels and this seems to be right. Aftermarketwheels often have large centrebores to fit on all vehicles. The spigotrings are a help with fitting the wheeels. After that they have no function. You can also fit them without spigot rings, because the wheel centers on the nuts.
