Supercar prices? Are they affected by the seasons?

I've always been told that super cars and sports cars are worth less in the winter than in the summer, is that really true?
If so does this apply to older Ferrari's as well? I was thinking and can sort of understand the price increase for the sunny months for newer cars, however I thought that older cars such as Testarosaa's Countach's etc are more collectors items and therefore their prices would be unaffected by the different seasons?
