I'm thinking of going back into the aerospace/defence industry and I notice a lot of the jobs offered call for a current "Human Factors Certificate", which I've never heard of before, (my last job on aircraft was 15 years in the RAF which I left two years ago).
I've had a look on Google but I can't really find a proper description of what this is or, more importantly, how I can get one.
Does anyone here have any experience with Human Factors Certificate's and can give me any info on them?
Many thanks,

Dixie

I send colleagues on a Human Factors course with a company called ABB Global Consulting. I am guessing it is the same course as you are being asked for. I believe ABB cater for the chemical industry and bias their course delivery towards the circumstances to be encountered in that environment.

The lady that I deal with at ABB can be contacted here:
Debby Law
Tel: 01642 372029
Fax: 01642 372296

Maybe she can offer you advise/tell you where a more local course to you can be found.
