Can you recommend a Wheel/Tyre Specialist?

I've recently had new tyres fitted all round (like for like). After fitting there was a noticable judder through the steering wheel at certain speeds between 60-80mph. The front wheels have been re-balanced and there was a big improvement. However, I still feel they are not quite right at motorway speeds.

I am now wondering whether the problem is with the tyres themselves and need the services of an expert to advise. FYI, tyres are 255/35/R20's, wheel alignment was done 10,000 miles ago, discs and brakes were checked at recent service (no issue when braking), no problem noticed before tyres were changed.
