Help! Cannot validate my Classifieds account!

I'm trying to create my first classifieds ad and having a problem.

The email address on my account is incorrect. I've changed it on my forum profile successfully, and clicked on the link I got emailed to confirm.

However, when I try and change the email address on my classifieds profile and click submit, it says "we've just sent a confirmation to <old email address>" and displays the old email address!! I can change any other detail on the form (phone number, address etc.) but it refuses to change the email address.

Hi Matt

It is not possible for you to change the email address on your classifieds account - we switched that feature off a little while ago as a security measure.

If you'd like your registered email address switched, just send an email to [e-mail] from the old email account (if possible, otherwise just reference it) containing the new address you'd like to switch to, and your name and address for verification.

THanks. I don't work at the place of my old email any more so will send details from my new account.

Hi - I sent the email yesterday morning as requested. Any news as to when the email will be changed so that I can confirm it and upload an advert?
