Which is the most pointless thread of all time?

Noticing that the American cars - why the haters thread is running at over 2100 posts, and has degraded to the level of racial insults, got me wondering which long running thread is the most pointless/ridiculous ever to grace the pages of PH.

It is a bit of a stupid question to be honest.
Plus, if you are talking about 'pointless threads' then the "American Cars- WHy the haters?" is a poor example too. Unneccesarily long but still a fair question.

P&P is full of threads like "WHich t-shirt shall I buy to go to the pub in as I am a total spastic and can't choose myself one" whic are all so ludicrously pointless that you barely remember them.

See this is a negative thread. We need one where we debate and venerate the top ten threads ever how that would be in itself pointless so it would appear in this thread as one of the most pointless and thus does the circle complete.
