thanks very much for the info guys - and maybe he doesn't need to work anymore the last twice I've got through on the web mobile number, he's told me he's in singapore ! eeeh - how the other half live !

Clive is a difficult man to track down and the temporary website seems most definitley permament. For what its worth the stuff he's offering is available elswhere from people who actualy welcome your custom. Incidentaly, I did buy products from Clive and was very satisfied with the quality if not the aftersales. My advice, save yourself the emotional drain and go elswhere.

Some dealers, such as Dream Machines, stock his parts or can order, this is what I did and it was much easier.

C'mon guys, I agree when I was looking for some stuff, I was upset when I didn't get an instant reply. But on the other hand, when I did get a reply, it was polite, and apologetic.

I have to say if I was running a similar business, and I heard so much griping on these forums, I would pack up and go home- no wonder Clive moved to Singapore!

I still haven't bought anything (sorry Clive) and no, I wouldn't run a business like that- but don't forget the next time you see a website, the person who is responsible for it could be on holidays, in hospital or dead- you just don't know!
