I was listening to The Faces today. I forgot how good Ronnie Wood is. Listen to 'Had me a Real Good Time', it's brilliant 'for the tune' playing.

The guitar work on Dire Straits' Private Investigations is incredible as it is on most of Knopflers masterpieces.

In 1997 Whisperin' Bob had a poll of best guitar solos - this made the top ten, along with Freebird and Jessica, some Steeley Dan and Frank Zappa (Duane) some Floyd and some other st - Peluso is abso-bloody-brilliant....
