First of all , thanks to all you guys for your support , including those who mailed me off line ( I will reply to you all )

Not going to go in to all the gory details , but an urgent family financial requirement arose ( Mrs H has not been buried under the patio !!) , and the quickest solution appeared to be the cars ( and much understanding from the bank ..........at a very fine rate of interest !)

However , after 72 hours of purgatory , and many 'phone calls , a suitable alternative has been found .

The upshot of it all ,is , the beasts still reside at the Hyde household , for now , but they may well move in the none too distant future , but the question is will they be replaced by a Saggy arsed Trevor , or a "Dancin Donkey" ?

But , most of all , thanks for the support , and for those who replied off line , I will reply individually .

Neil - that is good news. Hope things continue to work themselves out. There's never a good time for any crisis, but it always seems worse this time of year (PC phraseology ). I sincerely hope you can look forward to the future with greater hope now. Cheers - Streaky

Neil, don't know you or your Mrs other than through PH but delighted to hear you have (at least) managed a stay of execution, hope it sorts out to become more permanent.

Like other wedgers on this forum, I'm sure having to sell your beasts would be the worst christmas present ever.

All I can say is have a great christmas and

Hope to meet you all four of you next year.

Regards
Steve

Blimey Neil. This thread started off rather bleak, but hope everything is sorted now. Does this also mean that John Lewis' profits are about to tumble? For purely selfish reasons, I'm glad everything is OK as I still haven't managed to see your SEAC yet . Another Manchester meet up needs to be organised in the New Year, hopefully one that I'll be able to attend.
