Title sort of says it.....

Wifey's MINI has the webspoke split rims fitted to it. I usually use WonderWheels, but as it's not suitable for split rims - hence the question!

Cheers,

Robert

Wonder Wheels is only suitable occasionally to get off any heavy grime/baked on brake dust, not as a weekly cleaner.
You'll be wanting something like Bilt Hamber Surfex HD at 5-10% strength and a couple of brushes (Swissvax style - ebay) to agitate the solution.
An alternative is Autobrite Direct's Very Cherry Wheel Cleaner.
In either case, a trigger spray or pressurised garden sprayer will be required to apply.

Bilberry mixed to a 3:1 water solution. Spray on, brush off after a few minutes with a decent quality small brush and then rinse. Beautiful wheels, and with a ph balanced solution no corrosion over time.

Remember to also seal and wax your wheels to aid future washing. Buy a decent wheel wax.

or Rimwax - one tub should do about a dozen sets of wheels and last around 2,000 miles typically

What's a decent seal and wax to recommend?

Thanks

Many use Chemical Guys Jetseal 109, Finish Kare P1000, CG Wheel Guard, Bilt Hamber Auto-balm, Zaino Clear Seal to good effect.
