Summer Wedding Suit

Hey. My best mate is getting married in Itlay next weekend. In true bloke style, i have left this until the last minute. Its going to be 30 degree plus but I would like to / most probably need to wear a suit without melting in the heat. Any suggestions of a decent suit or place to purchase one. I have another few weddings this year so itwill get used again.
