Ford street ka prob tyre wear

My girlfriend has got a 03 street ka from a dealer and in a 6 months abouts 3000 miles has done the 1 sets for front tyres with the inner tyres gone then after tracked then the did 6 months driving with 3000 miles on second set the outer tyres have now gone is there some thing wrong with the car or bad roads in soctland or bad tracking setup from the first set. can u people help. stumpyalan
