What's wrong with this picture?

Whilst browsing I came across this GTO for sale and being a bit 'Alpha November Alpha Lima' spotted something not quite right...nothing serious, just not right.

Well there obviously are no traffic cops on here cos they would have all jumped straight to the front number plate wrong colured bolt on the right hand side ,thats £30 and three points and a warning for trying to obstruct and officer in the execution of his duty
