Quick question - parts from factory?

Before I start ringing round the official dealers, is it still possible to get parts from the factory? I'd rather not have to pay a markup, but I seem to remember they rejigged things a while ago.

If it has to be dealers.. anyone had a good experience on finding the best prices?

The factory only normally supply standard parts through the dealer network.I think a few people on here have found Kerridges to be quite reasonable with their 'mark up'

I have ordered parts direct from Noble - no problems (but never cheap !! but then again - nothing for the Noble is!!)

I needed to order some new rear discs and pads on Monday as my pads were exceptionally low and the discs needed replacing as well. I ordered the new grooved rear discs.

I ended up ordering from South West Lotus Centre as it seems Simon at the factory is on holiday.
I called a few different dealers before ordering from SWLC.

Mole Valley:
Rear Disc 190.33 + VAT each
Rear Pads 134.40 + VAT

Kerridges:
Rear Disc 164.33 + VAT each
Rear Pads 140.00 + VAT

SWLC:
Rear Disc 151.49 + VAT each
Rear Pads 120.00 + VAT
