They have all fking day to go!!

I have just been to the bank at lunch time, (the only time I can go), and the massive queue was made up of about 80% pensioners. THEY HAVE ALL fkING DAY TO GO!! My visit to the bank took 20 minutes longer than it should have done, that's 20 minutes out of my busy working day wasted!!

And then I had to waste a further 5 minutes ranting about it on here!!

Inconsiderate coffin dodging bds!!

I am calm now!

Boring rant, slagging old people is just not funny. Why shouldn't they go when the choose?

Get all their mobiles and text them when you're going anywhere. I'm sure they'll co-operate.

What the fk do you expect? Can you imagine any OAP preceeding every trip with "Now what's the time, and who am I going to inconvenience with my aged existence?".

God I can't wait to be old, the Machiavellian schemes I'm going to enact on a daily basis against self important people are going to be hilarious!

I think the fact that they decide to go on a lunchtime when the queues are swollen by office workers, despite having the whole week to go, is an excellent indication of just how fking stupid and senile they are.

And don't get me started on post offices, last time I went into one I stood in a queue for 15 mins feeling increasingly unclean as the auras around me slowly permeated into mine. The auras were old people and chav mums with smelly, snotty children.

Eeeeuuugh, the memory is making me feel unclean all over again.

Also... I don't do buses.

I agree, damn annoying when they all go to the post office at 1pm.

That said, I'll make damn sure I do the same when (if) I retire.

Because people, largely, are idiots.

Having no set timetable, I tend to avoid the high congestion hours because, generally, I am not an idiot.

A friend of mine owned a small restaurant where I liked to take clients for lunch. Quite often we could not get in due to the elderly customers, who would get there early.

I suggested that he give the whiteheads a discount if they would only show up an hour later. He didn't and lost my custome.

.. or a further enditement on public transport. No point in going at rush hour as commuters are using it then and the banks aren't open. Next available bus / train into town means they arrive at peak business hours for the bank...

I imagine them, all coordinated outside of Flo and Doris' bungalow, 11:58am, and Truman Show like proceed on their mobility scooters to the rendezvous point in the High Street at exactly 12:30, pissing themselves into their Depends at the chaos they cause. OK every now and then one of them takes it for the team via a mugger or a nonce, but thats an attrition rate they accounted for, enlisting Gladys' girls from the WI to do the "Post Offic Job" for their fallen comrade in stockings.

so there isn't a problem with age discrimination in the UK? Most of you will get old but maybe some of you won't which will do the rest of us a great big favour smile
