If the story is correct he's only one street away from my family.

So if you know someone is in the locality. The police know where he/she is (remember paedos can be women too).

Do you know the circumstances of the offence to go round with the fellow lynch mob?
Do you know ow old the offence is?
Do you know if they were a repeat offender?
Do you know anything?

How about you carry on with your life and let the kids play out in the street and the park. Rather than worry about this?

You are more likely for your kids to get fked by a family member, I wouldn't worry too much about the strangers.
