e46 coup doors on a compact?

[LeightonBuzzard]

will they fit? thanks

[gmarks1]

No - the 3 series compact has framed doors, whereas the 3s series coupe are frameless:

3 series compact

3 series coupe

...and as you can see, the coupe doors are much longer, as well as having a completely different shape!

[vincenz]
