Not easy as from memory its all part of the heater controls. Maybe go for an external system mounted somewhere discreet with a remote control unit somewhere handy.

na its not my car mate its my friends car he wanted to put a tv in the dash and i know i will have to change the facia have done many mazdas and peugeots before in my last job but oh and hondas but lexus i aint got a clue so i might take a trip to my nearest lexus dealer and see if they can help me so thank you for your help buddy maybe speak again soon
