HDR problems - help

Hi, Can any one help me please its driving me mad? when I used photomatix to do HDR images from my Olympus E410 it used to result in a nicely coloured image with loads of detail, maybe looked slightly surreal but I liked that, now when I try the same thing with my Nikon D90 it always comes out really green or just dull, anybody got any idea why?
The seeds are Nikon and the boat is from the Olympus, the original pic of the seeds has some quite nice purples in that I thought would come out really well.

Ah cheers, yeah thats it, the nikon pics always end up really green.
