good day as usual !
thanks to Baz for working to midnight last night trying to fix the SRT, we gave up and went for some grub and kip and attacked it again this morning, after buying and modifying a tool to fit from Halfords ! all sorted and dash up the road to Brunters. thanks to Sam and Shelby for putting up with me, i must remember to colour within the lines
cheers to Nad and Bjorn for a crazy couple of laps in the SV
after waiting 20 mins had a go in the 44 tonne artic, got it flat out 56mph along the full straight, got into the top gear, number 12 on automatic box, really simple to drive. Being high up and on the inside lane got to see NeilF off marks you left on the bend and grass
then popped around to chemical mattys for a fun BBQ, thanks Ren and Matt for the great hospitality !!
Paul was really busy i didnt see him stop once the whole time he was there, must of done loads of laps, so only a shout Hi across the pit area
well done guys you must of raised loads as there was a constant queue for the vipers, and Rob your old car finally got dirty!!, nice one Dave for the 99

yeah i couldn't believe it when he head there was an autocross and rally track, he was straight in there with the GTS, over the bumps, big puddles, mud and gravel everywhere.
It wasn't until he came back in that they told him he was supposed to go out in one of the escort rally cars or the landrover on the 4x4 track.
Hes a changed lad now he has windows.

Cracking day out!!! (Apart from discovering that they were deciding to wash the M25 as I passed Junction 17!!! She'll be having a bath tonight!)
What a great day! My first time at Brunters, and will definitely be back, despite how absolutely shattered I feel this morning, a long day, but definitely worth it... (Finally rolled in at home at about 2130 ish) Great day out with some great people... Can't ask for much more than that!
A day of lots of fun behind the wheel...
Thanks very much, again to Neil for sorting my Vinyl bits I asked for.
Thanks to Neilsfishing for the Blue & White Umbrella. Highly appreciated.
Thanks to Paul for the spin in the SRT, enjoyed that immensely and can see what you mean by the jump again from GenII to GenIII... (It's been a great couple of weeks for me over having made the jump from GenI to GenII, which was something I always wanted, and then getting a run in a GenIII... Just the GenIV/ACR to go now!!! )
Thanks to Nad for the hot lap in the SV, I can definitely confirm that that girl can drive!! And thanks for the advice too.
Thanks to Matty & Ren for the BBQ and a couple of highly required cans of coke!
Great to see everyone again, here's looking forward to Duxford! (Only a couple of weeks to go)
Thanks again to everyone!! SUCH A GREAT DAY!!!
Not sure if I mentioned it at all yesterday... But my God I love my new Car!!!

Yep, thanks Ren and Matty for the lovely grub and hydration supplies, and sorry fishboy tried to set fire to the place at one point. I still feel a bit red in the face from that BBQ fat fire he had going, I'm sure it has nothing to do with standing in the sun all day with the sun lotion safely tucked away in the boot.
