Heater Control Flap

I have replaced the motor that controls the up/down air direction flap but the original wiring was missing. Presumably it should be wired into the heater control module (one with the ribbon cable connected). I have three connectors on the front - the middle one goes to the heater matrix control valve motor but the others are empty. Anyone know how this should be wired up? Any help would be appreciated.
