Decent, cheap hotel in Munich
Discussion
Can anyone recommend a decent, cheap hotel for one night within walking distance of the Universität Ludwig-Maximilianshere:

(Google map)
Something quiet (got an interview the following morning), with WiFi would be ideal
Also, anyone got an idea of the travelling costs from Munich airport into the city centre? Is the train/subway network the most reliable option?
cheers

Cab costs E45-E50 from the airport to Neuhauserstrasse.Train costs E28
Cab ride can be a bit of a trial currently, due to all the roadworks around the Allianz Stadium. During morning rush-hour I'd allow 45 mins.
Train takes about 25 mins

Stayed here last summer. Very good hotel and not expensive. They have WiFi and a good breakfast. Tram stop is less than 2 min walk away (20 mins into town)

4You Munchen Hotel. Everything you could want and a 2 minute walk from central station.
Doubles up as a hostel if you want to go cheaper. Also has rooms with your own facilities.
Fairly quiet I thought considering it was a hostel aswell.
Nice bar, breakfast and has wi-fi for a couple of euros an hour.
