How much would a light tune up of a VXR8 cost?

We dont really get involved in buying and selling cars. Autotrader and Pistonheads are your best bet.

Yeah do lots of reading and research on exhausts, intakes etc.
Once you know how much power you "think" you want, try and bludge a drive with a local owner with similar mods. If it ticks the boxes then you will be well sorted. Often people start on a train which they cant stop. Better to figure out what you want and go directly there.
Maybe thats exhaust and tune, or maybe is supercharger and/or forged engine etc.
But you will do your wallet a favour if you take your time and research your required power level first.

LOL I did know about the classifieds as I have sold 5 cars in there and bought at least 3. What I guess i meant was that I can only see one modded car (and I think it looks expensive) and if anyone knew of any others coming up for sale etc to let me know.
I don't have a problem with tuned cars as my last car was a 330bhp Exige with a an audi turbo engine, so you couldn't get much further away from the Lotus ideal !

Not quite the east midlands, but we do have a demonstrator with all the bits you desire to see/test.

Looks like mine will be comming onto the market, lightly tuned as in otrcai and exhaust, 2yrs old,new tyres, red and manual, give me an email if intrested..........

Don't want to, but their has been another delay (a year so far) on a property transaction on the farm and i need to free up some working capital. If i can find another way in the next few weeks i will, or put another way if it has to go it will be replaced as soon as!!
