Theres a rumour that there will be a 'lite' version where you can just pay extra and download cars/track you want.. I wonder if thats what this is...

anyway for that price its worth a punt can always cancel it!

Well spotted!

Surely if they are advertising it as the full GT5 then thats what they would have to sell the customer... not change it later on to GT5 Lite or whatever. This worries me as that means that you can only buy the version in which you have to pay extra and download everything, which would be a supreme rip-off and a complete joke. I so hope i'm barking up the wrong tree, but if this is the case, then PD have gone one step too far IMO, they would lose a lot of customers.

On the other hand, 18 quid for the full fat GT5 would be the bargain of the century.

It does state the full price as £39.99 so it seems to be the full fat version.

Daft question time, but I have never pre-ordered a game before. Do you pay for it now, or enter your payment details and they take payment nearer the time of release??

They take the money when it's dispatched.

Will this still be GT3 with nicer graphics?

The last couple of incarnations of this game have struggled to excite me.
i'd have to agree with that!! GT3 i played till i had 1 two hour enduro race left... GT4 i barely played for a few months...

If they advertised at that price they should really sell it you at that price I am surer legally they have to I would right back demanding they sell it you for £17.59 personally and save yourself some money.

Would be nice if it were the case tho.

Back in the days of the 'playstation', I remember staring at the dreamy new console in electronics boutique, only to see some spotty clerk price one up for £25.99 or some other trifling amount. I literally ran as fast as my little legs could take me, only for the even-spottier bloke behind the counter, also toting some lovely bleeding gums, to tell me to get lost. Being about 9 at the time I was slightly upset, came back with my mum a bit later and to my surprise even she couldnt sort it out... Oh well, at least I got an N64 a few years later cool
