Ferrari 599 - Colour Sensitive??

I'm in a DBS at the moment which is great, but I made the mistake of testing a Ferrari 599 yesterday. Okay, now the decision is, so should I go black or silver? The black looks great but seems a bit knight-rider and I know is a pig to keep clean. The silver sort of disappears a little but I'm okay with that...

What would you do? Interestingly, there are no cars other than black or silver on the Ferrari Approved site -- sign of the times?

Black or red....so black in your situation. Looks awesome

I think the 599 has been the ist front engined Ferrrari in a long time to look good in red, so I would go for that. If you don't fancy that then I would go for black.

Black looks great when clean. But only when clean. I will not buy another black car.

Silver will look boring on it IMO.

I'd also go Rosso, but one of the more burgundy/cherry metallic versions (Rosso Fiorano or Mugello I think). In fact, like this.



Crema interior. Lovely.

TdF would likely be my second choice. Not seen one one in the flesh though and potentially too boring.

Am considering one of these in a couple of years' time. Either that or wait a bit longer if the 458 looks as good as it seems to.

Black looks awesome in the above pics, espacially with yellow calipers.

Grey comes a close second.
