Number of owners

Would a high number of owners put you off a car?

Up until now, I would have said no but there is a car in the classifieds that has caught my eye and it's on its 6th RK. Just a bit of a mental block going on in my mind over it.

wouldnt worry to much, alot of the cars i looked at had a fair few previous owners, think there was a post on here recently about this

Nope. If it had been a daily hack maybe, but there are numerous people that think a sports car would be a good idea etc etc........

Have to say six in 8 years does sound top end....but there may well be valid reasons (other than it's a nail )

wouldn't bother me as long as the service is good and the car is solid ... ultimately most people have these as second or third cars and they do change hands alot.

Always nice if each owner has spent lots of money on it for you.

What is irritating is when people lose or just don't pass on receipts, etc.

My first Griff had 7 owners prior to me, when I looked into it I found out that the first five owners were all within the first 12 month of the car being road registered! Condition is everything as previously stated.

Ignore number of owners!

I'm of the opinion my Cerbera got through a couple of owners quickly because it was set up wrong. £75 on geometry it's been transformed, the garage said it looked as though it had left the factory like this, which wouldn't inspire confidence, and would explain why so many owners complain about the handling characteristics.
