I got a Pheasant, rather than a 206, but I got a new mirror glass and (unpainted) plastic cover from GSF (www.gsfcarparts.com), came to about £50 in all. Mirror glass on its own was best part of £30 IIRC.
I'd be careful to distinguish the electric mirrors from the manual mirrors.
I'd also be careful to separate heated mirrors from non heated.
Also, there are electric fold mirrors to consider.
http://www.eurocarparts.com/ would be worth checking out.
I saw some that seem to be just over 100 quid ready to paint,
but other versions will be different prices.

Just to be clear, the mirror I damaged was an electric, heated, non-electric-fold type. I replaced the glass (tinted, heated) and the capping. The rest was undamaged. the manual mirrors.
