Can anyone explain this to a dunderhead?
I've have done a fair bit of googling, but while I can find lots of bumpf regarding how one qualifies in terms of income, capital etc, I'm unable to find out what I really want to know.
What is actually offerred? There seems to be a limit to how many hours of a Solicitor's time will be covered, and court appearances require further authority?
Are there limits to the expenditure the scheme covers, both in terms of cost and time?
It's a family matter, and I don't qualify for the scheme - just wondering what I'm up against.
