Vicky had her first run in the re-fettled Clio today, both on her own, and under the auspices of Graeme Glew, as did Ash and Owen, at a Silverstone open test day.

25th overall and 2nd in class.

Some tricky conditions with the rain which didn't help the strategy. Ash got punted off trying to get past a porker on slicks (not in the same race so the guy was a bit of a dick in my book).

The lights on the car were something to behold - when he switched them on coming onto the main straight I thought the Russians had dropped the bomb

VBH was st hot - overtaking about 5 cars in the first half a dozen laps. Nice girl and better looking in person - really passionate about cars, down to earth and funny. Great atmosphere in the garage - clapping the crew at pit stops and interacting with the pitcrew which really made the racing fun....
