Ford Focus interior fan problem.

HI,
have got a 51 plate 1.6 focus and the interior fan will only work on the highest setting..no 4 I believe. Nothing happens on the other settings when you turn the switch. Any ideas would be great as the aircon isnt working due to the switch problem. The light will come on for A/C but soon as it goes to setting 4 and blower comes in the light goes out.

I think your post is in the wrong section, but this problem with your heater is often caused by a faulty heater fan resistor pack (Behind the glove box, fixed to the heater body by one screw).

Ok Oakdale I couldn't find any of the 3 technical areas that would cover an interior fan problem.
